Created the 27th July 1970 , the Buildinvest company was first created as Private limited company( SARL) and then in 2000 it was transformed into a Corporation (Société Anonyme) with a capital of 40 500 020 € and is registered at the Paris Register of Companies (R.C.S. de Paris) under the N° B 330 434 531. Its capital is entirely held by private individuals. The company will be celebrating 50 years of existence in 2020. The development of the company has rapidly led to the creation of subsidiary companies each with their own activity. All the companies have been grouped together under the name Buildinvest Group.
